Online HR Compliance Audits
These online compliance audits listed below are designed to give businesses of all sizes an opportunity to perform self audits in a variety of human resource areas on your own time and at your convenience. These areas include Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment &Selection, Employment Agreements & Records, Employee Handbook & Policies,Discrimination & Harassment, Paid Time Off & Family Medical Leave, Employee Conduct &Performance Management and Termination of Employment.
Each audit contains 15 - 30 questions and will provide you a response to each of the questions answered. Additionally, many of the audit questions will provide links to various outside sources so that you may gather additional information as you see fit.
Once you purchase an online audit you will be emailed a passcode and instructions on how to login with your email address. You have access for 1 year and may gain access at any time at your convenience. You may also go through the questions as many times as necessary.
Although many federal requirements are covered in these audits, additional state requirements may apply. Specific industries such as federal contractors, and public employers may also have additional requirements.
